For contract facilities, please fax a transport request form to the communications center at (703) 941-7251.  Contract facilities can also arrange transports in advance by entering the calls into the ECIN system.  For information regarding our emergency reponse policies, please contact PTS Operations at operations@physicians-transport.com.

Please note that all transports handled by Physicians Transport Service must either start or end in Virginia.
